Parents

At Busy Bunnies we value the crucial role parents play in their children’s education.

Strong Relationships

To enable learning to continue at home, our staff often discuss with one another the children’s progress and upcoming tasks in pedagogical discussions. We want you to feel encouraged to play with your children and recognise your part in helping them learn. Building strong relationships with parents is a crucial component of our ethos since they play a significant role in the work we undertake there. We are aware of how critical parental, caregiver, and family ties are with all children’s development. When a child first starts with us, there is a “settling-in time” to ease the adjustment and give us a chance to get to know them and their parents. Once your child has adjusted, their key person will give you informal updates every few months as well as regular updates at drop-off and pick-up. By establishing connections with families, we work to extend learning from the nursery to the home.
