Clare Bamford
Regional Manager
My name is Clare and I have been working within the childcare industry for 15+ years working my way up to my current role as Regional Manager for Busy Bunnies Nurseries. Having worked for Busy Bunnies for over 10 years, I’m now responsible for all settings across the country. I am a level 6 qualified following completion of my BA Honours degree in Early Education in 2022 earning a classification of 2:1 and have a strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) including the changes put in place in 2021 and helped to create the curriculum and pedagogy that Busy Bunnies Nurseries all follow!
Within childcare I have a passion for messy play, in particular playdough! I love to give children the chances to create a mess to explore and learn with freedom to lead their own play.

New England Manager - Grace
Grace is our newly appointed New England Manager, bringing strong leadership and a fresh perspective to the team. With a deep passion for early years education and a focus on quality and consistency across all settings, she is dedicated to supporting staff and ensuring the highest standards of care and learning for every child. Her commitment to excellence and team development makes her a valuable asset to the Busy Bunnies family.
Hampton Manager - Kathryn
Kathryn brings several years of hands-on experience in childcare, combining practical expertise with a genuine passion for nurturing young minds. She is deeply committed to creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where children of all ages can grow, explore, and thrive. Through thoughtful guidance and a child-centered approach, Kathryn fosters curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child she supports.
Huthwaite Manager - Holly
Holly has been a valued member of the team since the transition from Little Lambs to Busy Bunnies, where she previously served as Deputy Manager and has continued to progress in her role. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, secure environment and is dedicated to giving parents complete peace of mind when placing their children in our care.
Her calm and approachable nature helps her build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families. Holly also takes great pride in supporting her team to deliver the highest standard of early years care.
Kirkby Manager - Sarah
Sarah is the Manager at our Kirkby location, having joined Busy Bunnies as a Deputy Manager with extensive experience in early years education. She brings a fresh perspective and a motivating presence, inspiring both her team and the families she supports.
Passionate about early childhood development, Sarah takes great pride in helping children reach their milestones and ensuring every child receives the support they need — including tailored SEN support — to thrive and succeed.
Braybrook - Sarah
Sarah is the newly appointed Manager at our Braybrook setting. She previously served as Deputy Manager for the company from 2017, when we took over the setting, before stepping into the role of Manager in 2025.
Sarah is highly passionate about her work, and her extensive knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) is a tremendous asset to the company. She demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and consistently strives to achieve the highest standards in everything she does.
Ashfield Manager - Holly
Holly joined the company in 2025 and brings great enthusiasm, passion, and dedication to all aspects of early years education. She is committed to providing the best possible experiences for every child and takes pride in supporting their individual needs, interests, and development.
Holly is particularly passionate about creating an inclusive environment where all children feel welcomed, valued, and supported. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
