New England
A highly qualified and professional team with a range of experience across the childcare sector.
our New England setting
Busy Bunnies New England opened in September 2012. We offer places for 60 children aged 3 Months-5 years. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-3.30pm term time only, however holiday club is available at our Braybrook Setting. We can offer morning sessions (9.00am-12.00pm), afternoon sessions (12.30pm-3.30pm) or all day sessions between the hours of 8.00am-3.30pm. For children staying for lunch we ask that you provide a healthy packed lunch (we will provide a handout on what a healthy lunch box consists of). We try to be as flexible as we can with our hours as we understand how important it is to find a space for your child that will accommodate your requirements. We have two rooms within the Setting to help cater for each child’s needs; a Toddler Room, and a Pre-School room, with a large shared garden space.
We’d love for you to come visit us.

More About Us
We have funded spaces available for 9 months, 2, 3 and 4 year olds. For more information please contact us. Within our built for purpose Nursery, our fully qualified, passionate and motivated practitioners focus on supporting the unique qualities and learning of every child. We will always accommodate for children’s interests and celebrate each child’s individuality, ensuring that their time at the Setting is a fun and happy learning experience.
Extra Costs
We do not charge for consumables such as nappies or baby wipes and parents are asked to supply these.
We do offer a charge for suncream. Once a year, we send a letter to parents regarding suncream. Parents can choose to pay £2.00 for suncream for the year, or they may provide their own.
Trips/Events
At Busy Bunnies Nurseries, we occasionally participate in trips and special events. Whenever possible, we aim to keep costs low for parents. On some occasions, we may ask parents to contribute to the cost of a trip; however, participation is always optional. The Nursery will remain open during all trips and events, so children whose parents choose not to participate can still attend as normal.
Nutritional Info
At Busy Bunnies Nurseries healthy living is something that is very important to us. We will always provide children with varied, healthy snacks throughout the day and we change our snack menu termly to ensure that children are provided with a wide range of foods. Two of our Settings have healthy cooked lunches provided. We ask our parents who provide a packed lunch for their child to ensure that the food in the children’s lunch boxes are healthy and nutritious. We do provide some healthy lunch ideas to those who may be struggling with ideas for their child’s lunch.
Tapestry
We use something called Tapestry which can be accessed via a web browser or downloaded on a smartphone. This is essentially an online learning journal where parents can see what their child has been achieving, as well as add your own observations for your child. We also publish newsletters/information on Tapestry so that our parents can easily access this. We have also found that some of our families that speak English as an additional language are able to translate information from the app so that they have a better understanding of information we provide.
